When did the cafe open it's doors?

• We opened on Wednesday June 27th, 2006.

Did you guys have a plan for starting the cafe?

• Yes, we took some time to gather information before launching the cafe.  We wanted to take a educated stab at launching it well.  If you care to read more about it click here.  We have also learned a great deal since opening.
