Without prayer this whole thing's dead. Apart from prayer Connect and Connect Cafe would not be around. The power of prayer has been evident throughout our history the history of God's people. It just make sense. We are finite humans and He is the infinite, almighty God. We should be in continual and passionate prayer for God to transform our lives and the lives of those around us. |

Since the very early days of Connect we have relied heavily on people just like you stepping up to the plate to make a difference. We have don this in many ways. Local service projects, short term missions trips and the cafe. Connect Cafe is a unique place. For the first year the cafe was staffed by almost all volunteers. To this day we say, "If you hang around long enough you find yourself working here." If you desire to serve at the cafe or have others ideas to make an impact please email us. |

DonationsMoney can be a touchy subject. That's probably because it means so much to us. Jesus talked about money alot. At Connect we are realizing that everything we have is God's. We are simply managing His stuff, not ours. As we contribute a percentage to Christ's mission, we are really bringing back to God a small part of something that was never ours to begin with.
